Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the Arctite website collects, how waitlist signups are handled, and how the Arctite product is designed to process data. It is a pre-launch policy and will be updated before general availability.

Website data

The Arctite website is designed to collect as little as possible. When you request access through the waitlist form, we receive:

  • The email address you enter
  • The submission timestamp
  • An optional source label (for example, which page you signed up from), when relevant

Hosting providers may produce basic infrastructure and security logs (such as request logs and error logs) as part of normal operation. We do not currently run behavioral analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party profiling on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Waitlist

Your email address is used to manage private beta access and to send launch-related communication. It is not used for anything else.

  • Waitlist submissions are stored in Supabase, which processes and stores the data as an infrastructure provider.
  • Duplicate submissions are rejected - each email is stored once.
  • We intend to retain waitlist data only as long as it is needed for beta access management and launch communication, and to remove it afterwards.
  • To request deletion of your waitlist entry, contact [contact email - TODO: configure before launch] and we will remove your entry.

Arctite product data

Arctite is designed to process developer context locally. Understanding how data flows in the product is the point:

  • Development context (files, Git metadata, terminal metadata, and other approved sources) is collected and assembled on your machine, per project.
  • Sensitive values are redacted locally, and the remaining context is reviewed and frozen before anything is sent.
  • Approved context packages may be sent directly to the inference provider you selected. Arctite does not claim that nothing ever leaves your computer - the approved payload does, to the provider you chose.
  • Authentication, billing, subscription, and licensing infrastructure may involve cloud services. Developer context and project activity are designed to remain outside an Arctite-hosted project-data plane.

Product data is governed by this policy only where Arctite itself processes it. Your provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) has its own policies that govern the approved payloads you send to it.

Data we do not collect

The website and the waitlist form do not collect your name, company, phone number, job title, or team size. The waitlist form collects only an email address. We do not fingerprint visitors or perform invasive attribution tracking.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
