Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Arctite website, the waitlist, and any pre-launch access to the Arctite product. They are written to be readable. They will be revised before general availability.

Use of the website

The Arctite website is provided to explain the product and to collect requests for beta access. You may browse it freely. You may not scrape, disrupt, or misuse it, and you may not misrepresent yourself when submitting the waitlist form.

Waitlist and beta access

Submitting your email to the waitlist does not guarantee access to Arctite. Access is granted at our discretion, in order, or by other selection criteria we may use. Being on the waitlist creates no obligation on our part to provide access, a timeline, or continued service.

Arctite is a pre-launch product. Features may change, be removed, or never ship. You should not rely on pre-launch behavior as final product behavior.

Acceptable use

When using Arctite, you agree not to:

  • Use the product for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass the product’s permission, approval, or redaction controls
  • Misrepresent activity as your own or obscure what the system records
  • Use the product to store or process data you are not authorized to process

Intellectual property

The Arctite name, logo, website, and product are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants you a license to use Arctite branding. Your code and project data remain yours.

Third-party services

Arctite works with providers you select (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) and may use infrastructure services for authentication and licensing. Those services have their own terms, which apply to your use of them. Supabase processes waitlist data as an infrastructure provider.

Service availability

This website and the Arctite product are provided without a commitment of uptime or availability. Pre-launch builds may be unstable, and we may discontinue access at any time.

Changes

We may change these terms, the website, or the product at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Disclaimer

Arctite is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the website or the pre-launch product. Context you approve is sent to the provider you select - you are responsible for what you choose to send.

One more thing

Arctite exists to give developers control over AI context. We wrote these terms the same way: plainly, and without hidden obligations.
